Deuteronomy 12:7

7And athere you shall eat before the Lord your God, and byou shall rejoice, you and your households, in all that you undertake, in which the Lord your God has blessed you.

Deuteronomy 12:12

12And cyou shall rejoice before the Lord your God, you and your sons and your daughters, your male servants and your female servants, and the Levite that is within your towns, since dhe has no portion or inheritance with you.

Deuteronomy 16:14-15

14 eYou shall rejoice in your feast, you and your son and your daughter, your male servant and your female servant, the Levite, the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow who are within your towns. 15For fseven days you shall keep the feast to the Lord your God at the place that the Lord will choose, because the Lord your God will bless you in all your produce and in all the work of your hands, so that you will be altogether joyful.

1 Kings 8:66

66On the eighth day he sent the people away, and they blessed the king and went to their homes joyful and glad of heart for all the goodness that the Lord had shown to David his servant and to Israel his people.

Ecclesiastes 2:24-26

24 gThere is nothing better for a person than that he should heat and drink and find enjoyment

Ecclesiastes 3:12-13

12I perceived that there is pnothing better for them than to be joyful and to qdo good as long as they live; 13also rthat everyone should eat and drink and take pleasure in all his toil—this is sGod’s gift to man.

Ecclesiastes 5:18

18Behold, what I have seen to be tgood and fitting is to eat and drink and find enjoyment
Or  and see good
in all the toil with which one toils under the sun the few days of his life that God has given him, for this is his vlot.

Ecclesiastes 8:15

15And I commend joy, for man whas nothing better under the sun but to xeat and drink and be joyful, for this will go with him in his toil through the days of his life that God has given him under the sun.

Ecclesiastes 10:19

19Bread is made for laughter,
and ywine gladdens life,
and zmoney answers everything.
