Deuteronomy 13:6-9

6 aIf your brother, the son of your mother, or your son or your daughter or bthe wife you embrace
Hebrew  the wife of your bosom
or your friend dwho is as your own soul entices you secretly, saying, ‘Let us go and serve other gods,’ ewhich neither you nor your fathers have known,
7some fof the gods of the peoples who are around you, whether near you or far off from you, from the one end of the earth to the other, 8you shall gnot yield to him or listen to him, nor hshall your eye pity him, nor shall you spare him, nor shall you conceal him. 9But you shall kill him. iYour hand shall be first against him to put him to death, and afterward the hand of all the people.

Deuteronomy 13:13

13that certain jworthless fellows have gone out among you and have drawn away the inhabitants of their city, saying, ‘Let us go and serve other gods,’ which you have not known,

Deuteronomy 13:15

15you shall surely put the inhabitants of that city to the sword, devoting it to destruction,
That is, setting apart ( devoting) as an offering to the Lord (for destruction)
all who are in it and its cattle, with the edge of the sword.

Deuteronomy 21:23

23 lhis body shall not remain all night on the tree, but you shall bury him the same day, for ma hanged man is cursed by God. nYou shall not defile your land that the Lord your God is giving you for an inheritance.

2 Samuel 21:6

6let seven of his sons be given to us, so that we may hang them before the Lord at oGibeah of Saul, pthe chosen of the Lord.” And the king said, “I will give them.”

2 Samuel 21:9

9and he gave them into the hands of the Gibeonites, and they hanged them on the mountain before the Lord, and the seven of them perished together. They were put to death in the first days of harvest, qat the beginning of barley harvest.

Esther 7:9-10

9Then rHarbona, one of the eunuchs in attendance on the king, said, “Moreover, sthe gallows
Or stake; also verse 10
that Haman has prepared for Mordecai, uwhose word saved the king, is standing at Haman’s house, fifty cubits
A  cubit was about 18 inches or 45 centimeters
high.”
10And the king said, “Hang him on that.” wSo they hanged Haman on the gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai. xThen the wrath of the king abated.
