Deuteronomy 17:16

16Only he must not acquire many ahorses for himself or cause the people bto return to Egypt in order to acquire many horses, since the Lord has said to you, c‘You shall never return that way again.’

Deuteronomy 28:68

68And the Lord dwill bring you back in ships to Egypt, a journey that I promised that eyou should never make again; and there you shall offer yourselves for sale to your enemies as male and female slaves, but there will be no buyer.”

Nehemiah 9:16-17
