A New Prophet like Moses

15 a“The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your brothers—it is to him you shall listen 16just as you desired of the Lord your God at Horeb bon the day of the assembly, when you said, c‘Let me not hear again the voice of the Lord my God or see this great fire any more, lest I die.’ 17And the Lord said to me, d‘They are right in what they have spoken. 18 eI will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers. fAnd I will put my words in his mouth, and ghe shall speak to them all that I command him. 19 hAnd whoever will inot listen to my words that he shall speak in my name, I myself will require it of him.

Luke 24:27

27And jbeginning with kMoses and lall the Prophets, he interpreted to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning himself.

Luke 24:44

44Then he said to them, mThese are my words that I spoke to you while I was still with you, nthat everything written about me in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms must be fulfilled.”

John 5:39

39 oYou search the Scriptures because you think that in them you have eternal life; and pit is they that bear witness about me,

Hebrews 8:5

5They serve sa copy and tshadow of the heavenly things. For when Moses was about to erect the tent, he was instructed by God, saying, uSee that you make everything according to the pattern that was shown you on the mountain.”

Hebrews 9:8-13

8By this the Holy Spirit indicates that vthe way into the holy places is not yet opened as long as the first section is still standing 9(which is symbolic for the present age).
Or  which is symbolic for the age then present
According to this arrangement, gifts and sacrifices are offered xthat cannot perfect the conscience of the worshiper,
10but deal only with yfood and drink and zvarious washings, regulations for the body imposed until the time of reformation.

Redemption Through the Blood of Christ

11But when Christ appeared as a high priest aaof the good things that have come,

12he aeentered afonce for all into the holy places, not by means of agthe blood of goats and calves but ahby means of his own blood, aithus securing an eternal redemption. 13For if ajthe blood of goats and bulls, and the sprinkling of defiled persons with akthe ashes of a heifer, sanctify
Or  For if the sprinkling of defiled persons with the blood of goats and bulls and with the ashes of a heifer sanctifies
for the purification of the flesh,

Hebrews 9:24

24For Christ has entered, not into holy places ammade with hands, which are copies of the true things, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God anon our behalf.
