Deuteronomy 19:10-13

10lest innocent blood be shed in your land that the Lord your God is giving you for an inheritance, and so the guilt of bloodshed be upon you.

11“But if anyone hates his neighbor and lies in wait for him and attacks him aand strikes him fatally so that he dies, and he flees into one of these cities, 12then the elders of his city shall send and take him from there, and hand him over to the avenger of blood, so that he may die. 13 bYour eye shall not pity him, cbut you shall purge the guilt of innocent blood
Or  the blood of the innocent
from Israel, so that it may be well with you.

2 Kings 24:4

4and also efor the innocent blood that he had shed. For he filled Jerusalem with innocent blood, and the Lord would not pardon.

Psalms 94:21

21They fband together against the life of the righteous
and condemn gthe innocent to death.

Proverbs 6:17

17 ihaughty eyes, ja lying tongue,

Jeremiah 7:6

6if you ldo not oppress the sojourner, the fatherless, or the widow, mor shed innocent blood in this place, nand if you do not go after other gods to your own harm,
