Deuteronomy 19:13

13 aYour eye shall not pity him, bbut you shall purge the guilt of innocent blood
Or  the blood of the innocent
from Israel, so that it may be well with you.

Deuteronomy 21:8

8Accept atonement, O Lord, for your people Israel, whom you have redeemed, and ddo not set the guilt of innocent blood in the midst of your people Israel, so that their blood guilt be atoned for.’

1 Kings 2:31
