Deuteronomy 2:34

34And we captured all his cities at that time and devoted to destruction
That is, set apart ( devoted) as an offering to the Lord (for destruction)
every bcity, men, women, and children. We left no survivors.

Deuteronomy 7:2-3

2 cand when the Lord your God gives them over to you, and you defeat them, then you must ddevote them to complete destruction.

Joshua 9:24-25

Joshua 10:28
