Acts 9:39-41

39 So Peter rose and went with them. And when he arrived, they took him to ^dthe upper room. All the widows stood beside him weeping and showing tunics ^{▼▼Greek chiton, a long garment worn under the cloak next to the skin} and other garments that Dorcas made while she was with them. 40 But Peter ^fput them all outside, and ^gknelt down and prayed; and turning to the body ^hhe said, “Tabitha, arise.” And she opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter she sat up. 41 And he gave her his hand and raised her up. Then, calling the saints and widows, he presented her alive.

2 Corinthians 9:12-14

12 For the ministry of this service is not only supplying ⁱthe needs of the saints but is also overflowing in many thanksgivings to God. 13 By their approval of this service, ^jthey ^{▼▼Or you} will glorify God because of your submission that comes from your ^lconfession of the gospel of Christ, and the generosity of your contribution for them and for all others, 14 while they long for you and pray for you, because of the surpassing grace of God upon you.

2 Timothy 1:16-18
