Deuteronomy 26:17-19

17 ^aYou have declared today that the Lord is your God, and that you will walk in his ways, and keep his statutes and his commandments and his rules, and will obey his voice. 18 And the Lord has declared today that you are ^ba people for his treasured possession, as he has promised you, and that you are to keep all his commandments, 19 and that he will set you in praise and in fame and in honor ^chigh above all nations ^dthat he has made, and that you shall be ^ea people holy to the Lord your God, as he promised.”

Joshua 24:21-25

21 And the people said to Joshua, “No, but we will serve the Lord.” 22 Then Joshua said to the people, “You are witnesses against yourselves that ^fyou have chosen the Lord, to serve him.” And they said, “We are witnesses.” 23 He said, “Then ^gput away the foreign gods that are among you, and incline your heart to the Lord, the God of Israel.” 24 And the people said to Joshua, “The Lord our God we will serve, and his voice we will obey.” 25 So Joshua ^hmade a covenant with the people that day, and put in place ⁱstatutes and rules for them at Shechem.

Isaiah 44:5

5 ^jThis one will say, ‘I am the Lord’s,’
