Deuteronomy 28:23-24

23And athe heavens over your head shall be bronze, and the earth under you shall be iron. 24The Lord will make the rain of your land powder. From heaven dust shall come down on you until you are destroyed.

Isaiah 30:23

23 bAnd he will give crain for the seed with which you sow the ground, and bread, the produce of the ground, which will be rich and plenteous. dIn that day your livestock will graze in large pastures,

Amos 4:7

7 I also ewithheld the rain from you
when there were yet three months to the harvest;
fI would send rain on one city,
and send no rain on another city;
one field would have rain,
and the field on which it did not rain would wither;

Zechariah 14:16-17

16Then everyone who survives of all the nations that have come against Jerusalem gshall go up year after year to worship hthe King, the Lord of hosts, and ito keep jthe Feast of Booths. 17And if kany of the families of the earth do not go up to Jerusalem to worship lthe King, the Lord of hosts, mthere will be no rain on them.

Hebrews 6:6-8

6and nthen have fallen away, to restore them again to repentance, since othey are crucifying once again the Son of God to their own harm and holding him up to contempt. 7For pland that has drunk the rain that often falls on it, and produces a crop useful to those for whose sake it is cultivated, receives a blessing from God. 8But qif it bears thorns and thistles, it is worthless and near to being cursed, rand its end is to be burned.

Revelation of John 11:6

6They have the power sto shut the sky, that no rain may fall during the days of their prophesying, and they have power over the waters to turn them into blood and tto strike the earth with every kind of plague, as often as they desire.
