Deuteronomy 28:28-29

28The Lord will strike you with amadness and blindness and confusion of mind, 29and you shall bgrope at noonday, as the blind grope in darkness, and you shall not prosper in your ways.
Or  shall not succeed in finding your ways
And you shall be only oppressed and robbed continually, and there shall be no one to help you.

Isaiah 29:10-12

10 dFor the Lord has poured out upon you
a spirit of deep sleep,
and has closed your eyes (the prophets),
and covered your heads (the seers).
11And the vision of all this has become to you like the words of a book that is esealed. When men give it to one who can read, saying, “Read this,” he says, “I cannot, for it is sealed.” 12And when they give the book to one who cannot read, saying, “Read this,” he says, “I cannot read.”

Isaiah 56:10

10 fHis watchmen are blind;
they are all without knowledge;
they are all silent gdogs;
they cannot bark,
dreaming, lying down,
loving to slumber.

Isaiah 59:9-11

9 Therefore justice is far from us,
and righteousness does not overtake us;
hwe hope for light, and behold, darkness,
and for brightness, but we walk in gloom.
10 iWe grope for the wall like the blind;
we grope like those who have no eyes;
we stumble at noon as in the twilight,
jamong those in full vigor we are like dead men.
11We all growl like bears;
kwe moan and moan like doves;
lwe hope for justice, but there is none;
for salvation, but it is far from us.

Micah 3:6-7

6Therefore mit shall be night to you, without vision,
and darkness to you, without divination.
nThe sun shall go down on the prophets,
and the day shall be black over them;
7 othe seers shall be disgraced,
and the diviners put to shame;
pthey shall all cover their lips,
for qthere is no answer from God.

Matthew 15:14

14Let them alone; rthey are blind guides.
Some manuscripts add of the blind
And tif the blind lead the blind, both will fall into a pit.”
