30 aYou shall betroth a wife, but another man shall ravish her. bYou shall build a house, but you shall not dwell in it. cYou shall plant a vineyard, but you shall not enjoy its fruit.

2 Samuel 16:21-22

21Ahithophel said to Absalom, “Go in to dyour father’s concubines, whom he has left to keep the house, and all Israel will hear that you have made yourself a stench to your father, and ethe hands of all who are with you will be strengthened.” 22So they pitched a tent for Absalom fon the roof. Ezekiel 14:9

9And if the prophet is deceived and speaks a word, hI, the Lord, have deceived that prophet, and I will stretch out my hand against him and will destroy him from the midst of my people Israel.

Hosea 4:13-14

and burn offerings on the hills,
nunder oak, poplar, and terebinth,
because their shade is good.
Therefore your daughters play the whore,
and your brides commit adultery.
14I will not punish your daughters when they play the whore,
nor your brides when they commit adultery;
for othe men themselves go aside with prostitutes
and sacrifice with pcult prostitutes,
and a people qwithout understanding shall come to ruin.
