Deuteronomy 28:33

33A nation that you have not known shall eat up the fruit of your ground and of all your labors, and you shall be only oppressed and crushed continually,

Deuteronomy 28:39

39 aYou shall plant vineyards and dress them, but you shall neither drink of the wine nor gather the grapes, for the worm shall eat them.

Deuteronomy 28:51

51It shall beat the offspring of your cattle and the fruit of your ground, until you are destroyed; it also shall not leave you grain, wine, or oil, the increase of your herds or the young of your flock, until they have caused you to perish.

Ezra 4:13

13Now be it known to the king that if this city is rebuilt and the walls finished, they will not pay ctribute, custom, or toll, and the royal revenue will be impaired.

Ezra 6:8

8Moreover, dI make a decree regarding what you shall do for these elders of the Jews for the rebuilding of this house of God. The cost is to be paid to these men in full and without delay from the royal revenue, the tribute of the province from Beyond the River.

24We also notify you that it shall not be lawful to impose etribute, custom, or toll on anyone of the priests, the Levites, the singers, the doorkeepers, the temple servants, or other servants of this house of God.
