Deuteronomy 28:37

37And you shall become aa horror, a proverb, and a byword among all the peoples where the Lord will lead you away.

Deuteronomy 29:24-28

24all the nations bwill say, cWhy has the Lord done thus to this land? What caused the heat of this great anger?’ 25Then people will say, ‘It is because they abandoned the covenant of the Lord, the God of their fathers, which he made with them when he brought them out of the land of Egypt, 26and went and served other gods and worshiped them, gods whom they had not known and whom he had not allotted to them. 27Therefore the anger of the Lord was kindled against this land, dbringing upon it all the curses written in this book, 28and the Lord euprooted them from their land in anger and fury and great wrath, and fcast them into another land, as they are this day.’

1 Kings 9:8

8And this house will become a heap of ruins.
Syriac, Old Latin; Hebrew  will become high
Everyone passing by it will be astonished and will hiss, and they will say, hWhy has the Lord done thus to this land and to this house?’

Jeremiah 18:16

16making their land ia horror,
a thing jto be hissed at forever.
kEveryone who passes by it is horrified
land shakes his head.

Jeremiah 19:8

8And I will make this city ma horror, na thing to be hissed at. Everyone who passes by it will be horrified and will hiss because of all its wounds.

Lamentations 4:12
