Deuteronomy 28:47

47 ^aBecause you did not serve the Lord your God with joyfulness and gladness of heart, because of the abundance of all things,

1 ^bNow these are the nations that the Lord left, to test Israel by them, that is, all in Israel who had not experienced all the wars in Canaan.

24 ^cCorrect me, O Lord, but in justice;
not in your anger, lest you bring me to nothing.

10 Though they hire allies among the nations,
I will soon gather them up.
And ^dthe king and princes ^eshall soon writhe
because of the tribute.
