Isaiah 25:3-4

3 ^eTherefore strong peoples will glorify you;
cities of ruthless nations will fear you.
4 ^fFor you have been a stronghold to the poor,
a stronghold to the needy in his distress,
^ga shelter from the storm and a shade from the heat;
^hfor the breath of the ruthless is like a storm against a wall,

Ezekiel 30:11

11 He and his people with him, ⁱthe most ruthless of nations,
shall be brought in to destroy the land,
^jand they shall draw their swords against Egypt
and fill the land with the slain.
