Deuteronomy 28:49-52

49 aThe Lord will bring a nation against you from far away, from the end of the earth, bswooping down like the eagle, a nation cwhose language you do not understand, 50a hard-faced nation dwho shall not respect the old or show mercy to the young. 51It shall eeat the offspring of your cattle and the fruit of your ground, until you are destroyed; it also shall not leave you grain, wine, or oil, the increase of your herds or the young of your flock, until they have caused you to perish.

52“They shall fbesiege you in all your towns, until your high and fortified walls, in which you trusted, come down throughout all your land. And they shall besiege you in all your towns throughout all your land, which the Lord your God has given you.

2 Kings 24:2

2And the Lord sent against him bands of the gChaldeans and hbands of the Syrians and bands of the Moabites and bands of the Ammonites, and sent them against Judah to destroy it, iaccording to the word of the Lord that he spoke by his servants the prophets.

Isaiah 23:13

13Behold the land of nthe Chaldeans! This is the people that was not;
Or  that has become nothing
Assyria destined it for wild beasts. They erected ptheir siege towers, they stripped her palaces bare, they made her a ruin.

Isaiah 39:6-7

6 qBehold, the days are coming, when all that is in your house, and that which your fathers have stored up till this day, shall be carried to Babylon. Nothing shall be left, says the Lord. 7 rAnd some of your own sons, who will come from you, whom you will father, shall be taken away, and they shall be eunuchs in the palace of the king of Babylon.”

Jeremiah 1:15-16

15For behold, sI am calling all the tribes of the kingdoms of the north, declares the Lord, tand they shall come, and every one shall set his throne at the entrance of the gates of Jerusalem, against all its walls all around and against all the cities of Judah. 16And uI will declare my judgments against them, for all their evil vin forsaking me. wThey have made offerings to other gods and xworshiped the works of their own hands.
