Deuteronomy 28:54-55
54The man who is the most tender and refined among you will abegrudge food to his brother, to bthe wife he embraces, ▼▼Hebrew the wife of his bosom
and to the last of the children whom he has left, 55so that he will not give to any of them any of the flesh of his children whom he is eating, because he has nothing else left, din the siege and in the distress with which your enemy shall distress you in all your towns. Lamentations 4:3-4
3 Even jackals offer the breast;they nurse their young;
but the daughter of my people has become cruel,
like the ostriches in the wilderness.
4 The tongue of the nursing infant esticks
to the roof of its mouth for thirst;
fthe children beg for food,
but no one gives to them.
