Deuteronomy 28:9-14

9 aThe Lord will establish you as a people holy to himself, as he has sworn to you, if you keep the commandments of the Lord your God and walk in his ways. 10And ball the peoples of the earth shall see that you are ccalled by the name of the Lord, and they shall be dafraid of you. 11And ethe Lord will make you abound in prosperity, in fthe fruit of your womb and in the fruit of your livestock and in the fruit of your ground, within the land that the Lord swore to your fathers to give you. 12The Lord will open to you his good treasury, the heavens, gto give the rain to your land in its season and hto bless all the work of your hands. And iyou shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow. 13And the Lord will make you jthe head and not the tail, and you shall only go up and not down, if you obey the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, being careful to do them, 14 kand if you do not turn aside from any of the words that I command you today, to the right hand or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them.

Isaiah 5:26

26 He will lraise a signal for nations far away,
and mwhistle for them nfrom the ends of the earth;
and behold, quickly, speedily they come!

Jeremiah 34:1

Zedekiah to Die in Babylon

1The word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord, when oNebuchadnezzar king of Babylon and all his army pand all the kingdoms of the earth under his dominion and all the peoples were fighting against Jerusalem and all of its cities:

Daniel 2:40-43

40And qthere shall be a fourth kingdom, strong as iron, because iron rbreaks to pieces and shatters all things. And like iron that crushes, it shall sbreak and crush all these. 41And as you saw tthe feet and toes, partly of potter’s clay and partly of iron, it shall be a divided kingdom, but some of the ufirmness of iron shall be in it, just as you saw iron mixed with the soft clay. 42And as the toes of the feet were partly iron and partly clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong and partly brittle. 43As you saw the iron mixed with soft clay, so they will mix with one another in marriage,
Aramaic by the seed of men
but they will not hold together, just as iron does not mix with clay.
