Deuteronomy 29:14

14It is not with you alone athat I am making this sworn covenant,

12 bAnd they entered into a covenant to seek the Lord, the God of their fathers, with all their heart and with all their soul, 13but that whoever would not seek the Lord, the God of Israel, cshould be put to death, whether young or old, man or woman. 14They swore an oath to the Lord with a loud voice and with shouting and with trumpets and with horns. 15And all Judah rejoiced over the oath, for they had sworn with all their heart and had sought him with their whole desire, and he was found by them, dand the Lord gave them rest all around.

Nehemiah 10:28-29

The Obligations of the Covenant

28 e“The rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the gatekeepers, the singers, the temple servants, fand all who have separated themselves from the peoples of the lands to the Law of God, their wives, their sons, their daughters, all who have knowledge and understanding, 29join with their brothers, their nobles, gand enter into a curse and an oath hto walk in God’s Law that was given by Moses the servant of God, and to observe and do all the commandments of the Lord our Lord and his rules and his statutes.
