Deuteronomy 29:19

19one who, when he hears the words of this sworn covenant, blesses himself in his heart, saying, ‘I shall be safe, though I walk in the stubbornness of my heart.’ This will lead to the sweeping away of moist and dry alike.

Jeremiah 3:17

17At that time Jerusalem shall be called the throne of the Lord, aand all nations shall gather to it, bto the presence of the Lord in Jerusalem, and they shall no more stubbornly follow their own evil heart.
