Deuteronomy 29:4

4But to this day athe Lord has not given you a heart to understand or eyes to see or ears to hear.

Psalms 81:11-12

11 “But my people did not listen to my voice;
Israel bwould not submit to me.
12So I cgave them over to their dstubborn hearts,
to follow their own ecounsels.

Isaiah 29:10

10 fFor the Lord has poured out upon you
a spirit of deep sleep,
and has closed your eyes (the prophets),
and covered your heads (the seers).

Isaiah 29:14

14therefore, behold, gI will again
do wonderful things with this people,
with wonder upon wonder;
and hthe wisdom of their wise men shall perish,
and the discernment of their discerning men shall be hidden.”

Isaiah 42:19-20

19Who is blind but my servant,
or deaf as my messenger whom I send?
Who is blind as my dedicated one,
Or  as the one at peace with me

or blind as the servant of the Lord?
20 jHe sees many things, but does not observe them;
khis ears are open, but he does not hear.

Isaiah 66:4

4 lI also will choose harsh treatment for them
and bring mtheir fears upon them,
nbecause when I called, no one answered,
when I spoke, they did not listen;
obut they did what was evil in my eyes
and chose that in which I did not delight.”

Jeremiah 5:21
