Deuteronomy 30:12-13

12 aIt is not in heaven, that you should say, ‘Who will ascend to heaven for us and bring it to us, that we may hear it and do it?’ 13Neither is it beyond the sea, that you should say, ‘Who will go over the sea for us and bring it to us, that we may hear it and do it?’

Job 11:7-8

Job 28:12-20

12 e“But where shall wisdom be found?
And where is the place of understanding?
13Man does not know its worth,
and it is not found in fthe land of the living.
14 gThe deep says, ‘It is not in me,’
and the sea says, ‘It is not with me.’
15It hcannot be bought for gold,
and silver cannot be weighed as its price.
16It cannot be valued in ithe gold of jOphir,
in precious konyx or lsapphire.
17Gold and glass cannot equal it,
nor can it be exchanged for jewels of fine gold.
18No mention shall be made of mcoral or of crystal;
the price of wisdom is above n, opearls.
19 pThe topaz of Ethiopia cannot equal it,
nor can it be valued in pure gold.
20 From where, then, does wisdom come?
And where is the place of understanding?

Job 28:28

28And he said to man,
Behold, qthe fear of the Lord, that is wisdom,
and to rturn away from evil is understanding.’”

Psalms 64:6

6They search out injustice,
saying, “We have accomplished a diligent search.”
For sthe inward mind and heart of a man are deep.

Ecclesiastes 7:18

18It is good that you should take hold of tthis, and from uthat vwithhold not your hand, for the one who fears God shall come out from both of them.

Romans 10:6-7

6But wthe righteousness based on faith says, x“Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’” (that is, to bring Christ down) 7orWho will descend into the yabyss?’” (that is, zto bring Christ up from the dead).
