Deuteronomy 30:6

6And athe Lord your God will circumcise your heart and the heart of your offspring, bso that you will love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, that you may live.

Jeremiah 4:4

4 cCircumcise yourselves to the Lord;
remove the foreskin of your hearts,
O men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem;
dlest my wrath go forth like fire,
and burn with none to quench it,

Romans 2:28-29

28For fno one is a Jew gwho is merely one outwardly, nor is circumcision outward and physical. 29But a Jew is one hinwardly, and icircumcision is a matter of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the letter. jHis praise is not from man but from God.

God’s Righteousness Upheld

1Then what advantage has the Jew? Or what is the value of circumcision? 2Much in every way. To begin with, kthe Jews were entrusted with lthe oracles of God.

Romans 4:11-12

11 mHe received the sign of circumcision as a seal of the righteousness that he had by faith while he was still uncircumcised. The purpose was nto make him the father of all who believe without being circumcised, so that righteousness would be counted to them as well, 12and to make him the father of the circumcised who are not merely circumcised but who also walk in the footsteps of the faith that our father Abraham had before he was circumcised.

Galatians 5:3-6

3I testify again to every man who accepts circumcision that ohe is obligated to keep the whole law. 4You are psevered from Christ, qyou who would be justified
Or counted righteous
by the law; syou have fallen away from grace.
5For through the Spirit, by faith, we ourselves eagerly twait for the hope of righteousness. 6For in Christ Jesus uneither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything, but vonly faith working through love.

Galatians 6:15

15For wneither circumcision counts for anything, nor uncircumcision, but xa new creation.

Ephesians 2:11-12

One in Christ

11Therefore remember that at one time you Gentiles in the flesh, called “the uncircumcisionby what is called ythe circumcision, which is made in the flesh by hands 12remember zthat you were at that time separated from Christ, aaalienated from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers to abthe covenants of promise, achaving no hope and without God in the world.
