Deuteronomy 32:22
22For aa fire is kindled by my anger,and it burns to bthe depths of Sheol,
devours the earth and its increase,
and sets on fire the foundations of the mountains.
Isaiah 9:18-19
18 For wickedness burns like ca fire;it consumes briers and thorns;
it kindles the thickets of the forest,
and they roll upward in a column of smoke.
19Through the wrath of the Lord of hosts
the land is scorched,
and dthe people are like fuel for the fire;
eno one spares another.
Isaiah 30:33

has long been prepared; indeed, for the king it is made ready, hits pyre made deep and wide, with fire and wood in abundance; ithe breath of the Lord, like a stream of sulfur, kindles it. Jeremiah 21:14

lI will kindle a fire in her forest,
mand it shall devour all that is around her.”
Ezekiel 15:6-7
6Therefore thus says the Lord God: nLike the wood of the vine among the trees of the forest, owhich I have given to the fire for fuel, so have I given up the inhabitants of Jerusalem. 7 pAnd I will set my face against them. Though qthey escape from the fire, the fire shall yet consume them, rand you will know that I am the Lord, swhen I set my face against them.Ezekiel 19:14
14 tAnd fire has gone out from the stem of its shoots,has consumed its fruit,
uso that there remains in it no strong stem,
no scepter for ruling.
This is va lamentation and has become a lamentation.
Ezekiel 22:20-21
20As one gathers silver and bronze and iron and lead and tin into a furnace, wto blow the fire on it in order to melt it, so I will gather you xin my anger and in my wrath, and I will put you in and melt you. 21I will gather you and blow on you with the fire of my wrath, and you shall be melted in the midst of it.
