Deuteronomy 32:23-25

23 “‘And I will heap disasters upon them;
^aI will spend my arrows on them;
24 they shall be wasted with hunger,
and devoured by plague
and poisonous pestilence;
I will send ^bthe teeth of beasts against them,
with the venom of ^cthings that crawl in the dust.
25 ^dOutdoors the sword shall bereave,
and indoors terror,
for young man and woman alike,
the nursing child with the man of gray hairs.

Jeremiah 14:18

18 ^eIf I go out into the field,
behold, those pierced by the sword!
^fAnd if I enter the city,
behold, the diseases of famine!
^gFor both prophet and priest ply their trade through the land
and have no knowledge.’”

Jeremiah 15:2-3

2 And when they ask you, ‘Where shall we go?’ you shall say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord:

^h“‘Those who are for pestilence, to pestilence,
and those who are for the sword, to the sword;
those who are for famine, to famine,
and those who are for captivity, to captivity.’
3 ⁱI will appoint over them four kinds of destroyers, declares the Lord: the sword to kill, the dogs to tear, and ^jthe birds of the air ^kand the beasts of the earth to devour and destroy.

Lamentations 1:20

20 “Look, O Lord, for I am in distress;
^lmy stomach churns;
my heart is wrung within me,
because I have been very rebellious.
^mIn the street the sword bereaves;
in the house it is like death.

Ezekiel 5:12

12 ⁿA third part of you shall die of pestilence and be consumed with famine in your midst; ^oa third part shall fall by the sword all around you; ^pand a third part I will scatter to all the winds and will unsheathe the sword after them.
