36For athe Lord will vindicate

Daniel 3:17-25

17If this be so, gour God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of your hand, O king.
Or If our God whom we serve is able to deliver us, he will deliver us from the burning fiery furnace and out of your hand, O king.
18But if not, be it known to you, O king, that we will not serve your gods or worship the golden image that you have set up.”

19Then Nebuchadnezzar was ifilled with fury, and the expression of his face jwas changed against kShadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. He ordered the furnace heated seven times more than it was usually heated. 20And he ordered some of the mighty men of his army lto bind mShadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and to cast them into the burning fiery furnace. 21Then these men were nbound in their cloaks, their tunics,

their hats, and their other garments, and they were thrown into the burning fiery furnace.
22Because the king’s order was purgent and the furnace overheated, the flame of the fire killed those men who took up qShadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. 23And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, fell rbound into the burning fiery furnace.

24Then King Nebuchadnezzar was sastonished and rose up tin haste. He declared to his ucounselors, “Did we not cast three men vbound into the fire?” They answered and said to the king, “True, O king.” 25He answered and said, “But I see four men unbound, wwalking in the midst of the fire, and they xare not hurt; and the appearance of the fourth is like ya son of the gods.”

Micah 4:10

10 zWrithe and groan,
Or push
O daughter of Zion,
like a woman in labor,
for abnow you shall go out from the city
and dwell in the open country;
you acshall go to Babylon.
There you shall be rescued;
adthere the Lord will redeem you

2 Corinthians 1:8-10

9Indeed, we felt that we had received the sentence of death. But that was to make us amrely not on ourselves anbut on God aowho raises the dead. 10 apHe delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will deliver us. aqOn him we have set our hope that he will deliver us again.
