Deuteronomy 33:2

he shone forth from Mount Paran;

with flaming fire

at his right hand.

Psalms 147:19-20

19He declares his word to Jacob,
his fstatutes and rules
Or  and just decrees
to Israel.
20He hhas not dealt thus with any other nation;
they do not know his rules.
Or  his just decrees
