Deuteronomy 4:20

20But the Lord has taken you and abrought you out of the iron furnace, out of Egypt, bto be a people of his own inheritance, as you are this day.

Deuteronomy 28:48

48therefore you shall serve your enemies whom the Lord will send against you, in hunger and thirst, in nakedness, and lacking everything. And he cwill put a yoke of iron on your neck until he has destroyed you.

Jeremiah 27:7

7 jAll the nations shall serve him and khis son and lhis grandson, muntil the time of his own land comes. nThen many nations and great kings shall make him their slave.

Jeremiah 40:4

4Now, behold, I release you today from othe chains on your hands. pIf it seems good to you to come with me to Babylon, come, and I will look after you well, qbut if it seems wrong to you to come with me to Babylon, do not come. rSee, the whole land is before you; go wherever you think it good and right to go.
