Deuteronomy 4:26

26I acall heaven and earth to witness against you today, that you will soon utterly perish from the land that you are going over the Jordan to possess. You will not live long in it, but will be utterly destroyed.

Deuteronomy 31:28

28Assemble to me all the elders of your tribes and your officers, that I may speak bthese words in their ears and ccall heaven and earth to witness against them.

and let the hills hear your voice.

and you enduring foundations of the earth,
for the Lord has an indictment against his people,
and he will contend with Israel.
