Deuteronomy 4:29-31

29 aBut from there you will seek the Lord your God and you will find him, if you search after him with all your heart and with all your soul. 30When you are in tribulation, and all these things come upon you bin the latter days, you will return to the Lord your God and obey his voice. 31For the Lord your God is ca merciful God. dHe will not leave you or destroy you or forget the covenant with your fathers that he swore to them.

Isaiah 55:6-9

6 eSeek the Lord while he may be found;
call upon him while he is near;
7let the wicked forsake his way,
and the unrighteous man his thoughts;
let him return to the Lord, that he may have compassion on him,
and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
8For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord.
9 fFor as the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways
and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Jeremiah 3:12-14

12Go, and proclaim these words toward gthe north, and say,

h“‘Return, faithless Israel,

declares the Lord.
I will not look on you in anger,
for iI am merciful,

declares the Lord;
jI will not be angry forever.
13 kOnly acknowledge your guilt,
that you rebelled against the Lord your God
and scattered your favors among foreigners under levery green tree,
and that you have not obeyed my voice,

declares the Lord.
14 mReturn, O faithless children,

declares the Lord;
nfor I am your master;
I will take you, one from a city and two from a family,
and I will bring you to Zion.

Jeremiah 3:22

22 oReturn, O faithless sons;
pI will heal your faithlessness.”
Behold, we come to you,

If you remove your detestable things from my presence,

wThey hold fast to deceit;
they refuse to return.
6 xI have paid attention and listened,
but they have not spoken rightly;
no man relents of his evil,
saying, ‘What have I done?’
Everyone turns to his own course,
ylike a horse plunging headlong into battle.

Ezekiel 33:11

11Say to them, zAs I live, declares the Lord God, aaI have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live; abturn back, turn back from your evil ways, acfor why will you die, O house of Israel?
