30When you are in tribulation, and all these things come upon you ain the latter days, you will return to the Lord your God and obey his voice.

Lamentations 3:40

band return to the Lord!

A Plea to Return to the Lord

1 mReturn, O Israel, to the Lord your God,
for nyou have stumbled because of your iniquity.

Amos 4:6

Israel Has Not Returned to the Lord

6 “I gave you cleanness of teeth in all your cities,
and olack of bread in all your places,
pyet you did not return to me,”

declares the Lord.

Amos 4:8-9

8so two or three cities qwould wander to another city
to drink water, and would not be satisfied;
ryet you did not return to me,”

declares the Lord.
9 s“I struck you with blight and mildew;
your many gardens and your vineyards,
your fig trees and your olive trees tthe locust devoured;
uyet you did not return to me,”

declares the Lord.

Amos 4:11

11 “I overthrew some of you,
vas when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah,
and you were was a brand
That is,  a burning stick
plucked out of the burning;
yyet you did not return to me,”

declares the Lord.
