Deuteronomy 4:30-31

30When you are in tribulation, and all these things come upon you ain the latter days, you will return to the Lord your God and obey his voice. 31For the Lord your God is ba merciful God. cHe will not leave you or destroy you or forget the covenant with your fathers that he swore to them.

Deuteronomy 30:2-10

2and dreturn to the Lord your God, you and your children, and obey his voice in all that I command you today, with all your heart and with all your soul, 3then the Lord your God ewill restore your fortunes and have mercy on you, and he will fgather you again from all the peoples where the Lord your God has scattered you. 4 gIf your outcasts are in the uttermost parts of heaven, from there the Lord your God will gather you, and from there he will take you. 5And the Lord your God will bring you into the land that your fathers possessed, that you may possess it. hAnd he will make you more prosperous and numerous than your fathers. 6And ithe Lord your God will circumcise your heart and the heart of your offspring, jso that you will love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, that you may live. 7And the Lord your God will put all these curses on your foes and enemies who persecuted you. 8And you shall again obey the voice of the Lord and keep all his commandments that I command you today. 9 kThe Lord your God will make you abundantly prosperous in all the work of your hand, in the fruit of your womb and in the fruit of your cattle and in the fruit of your ground. lFor the Lord will again take delight in prospering you, as he took delight in your fathers, 10when you obey the voice of the Lord your God, to keep his commandments and his statutes that are written in this Book of the Law, when you turn to the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul.

1 Kings 8:47-48

47yet mif they turn their heart in the land to which they have been carried captive, and repent and plead with you in the land of their captors, saying, n‘We have sinned and have acted perversely and wickedly,’ 48 oif they repent with all their heart and with all their soul in the land of their enemies, who carried them captive, and pray to you ptoward their land, which you gave to their fathers, the city that you have chosen, and the house that I have built for your name,

2 Chronicles 30:6-9

6 rSo couriers went throughout all Israel and Judah with letters from the king and his princes, as the king had commanded, saying, “O people of Israel, sreturn to the Lord, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, that he may turn again to the remnant of you who have escaped from the hand of tthe kings of Assyria. 7 uDo not be like your fathers and your brothers, who were faithless to the Lord God of their fathers, so that he made them a desolation, as you see. 8 vDo not now be stiff-necked as your fathers were, but yield yourselves to the Lord and come to his sanctuary, which he has consecrated forever, and serve the Lord your God, wthat his fierce anger may turn away from you. 9For xif you return to the Lord, your brothers and your children ywill find compassion with their captors and return to this land. For zthe Lord your God is gracious and merciful and will not turn away his face from you, aaif you return to him.”

Nehemiah 9:28

28 abBut after they had rest they did evil again before you, and you abandoned them to the hand of their enemies, so that they had dominion over them. Yet when they turned and cried to you, you heard from heaven, acand many times you delivered them according to your mercies.
