4 “You shall say to them, Thus says the Lord:
dWhen men fall, do they not rise again?
If one turns away, does he not return?
5Why then has this people eturned away
in perpetual fbacksliding?
gThey hold fast to deceit;
they refuse to return.
6 hI have paid attention and listened,
but they have not spoken rightly;

saying, ‘What have I done?’
Everyone turns to his own course,
ilike a horse plunging headlong into battle.

19For after lI had turned away, I relented,
and after I was instructed, mI struck my thigh;
nI was ashamed, and I was confounded,
because I bore the disgrace of my youth.’

Ezekiel 33:14-16

He has done what is just and right; he shall surely live.
