44This is the law that Moses set before the people of Israel.

Deuteronomy 5:1

The Ten Commandments

1And Moses summoned all Israel and said to them, “Hear, O Israel, the statutes and the rules that I speak in your hearing today, and you shall learn them and be careful to do them.

Deuteronomy 33:4

4when aMoses commanded us a law,
as a possession for the assembly of Jacob.

Acts 7:38

38This is the one bwho was in the congregation in the wilderness with cthe angel who spoke to him at Mount Sinai, and with our fathers. dHe received eliving foracles to give to us.

Acts 28:23

Romans 3:19-20

Romans 5:20-21

20Now qthe law came in to increase the trespass, but where sin increased, rgrace abounded all the more, 21so that, sas sin reigned in death, tgrace also might reign through righteousness leading to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

2 Corinthians 3:7-10

7Now if uthe ministry of death, carved in letters on stone, came with such glory vthat the Israelites could not gaze at Mosesface because of its glory, which was being brought to an end, 8will not the ministry of the Spirit have even more glory? 9For if there was glory in wthe ministry of condemnation, xthe ministry of righteousness must far exceed it in glory. 10Indeed, in this case, what once had glory has come to have no glory at all, because of the glory that surpasses it.
