Deuteronomy 4:6-7

6 ^aKeep them and do them, for ^bthat will be your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the peoples, who, when they hear all these statutes, will say, ‘Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.’ 7 For ^cwhat great nation is there that has ^da god so near to it as the Lord our God is to us, whenever we call upon him?

Deuteronomy 33:29

29 Happy are you, O Israel! ^eWho is like you,
a people ^fsaved by the Lord,
^gthe shield of your help,
and the sword of your triumph!
Your enemies shall come fawning to you,
and you shall tread upon their backs.”
