Deuteronomy 5:25-29

25Now therefore why should we die? For this great fire will consume us. aIf we hear the voice of the Lord our God any more, we shall die. 26 bFor who is there of all flesh, that has heard the voice of the living God speaking out of the midst of fire as we have, and has still lived? 27Go near and hear all that the Lord our God will say, and cspeak to us all that the Lord our God will speak to you, and we will hear and do it.’

28“And the Lord heard your words, when you spoke to me. And the Lord said to me, ‘I have heard the words of this people, which they have spoken to you. dThey are right in all that they have spoken. 29 eOh that they had such a heart as this always, to fear me and to keep all my commandments, fthat it might go well with them and with their descendants

Hebrew lacks  instruction
to a wise man, and he will be kstill wiser;
teach a righteous man, and he will lincrease in learning.
10 mThe fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom,
and nthe knowledge of the Holy One is insight.

Proverbs 18:15

15An intelligent heart acquires knowledge,
and the ear of the wise seeks knowledge.

Proverbs 25:12

12Like oa gold ring or an ornament of gold
is a wise reprover to pa listening ear.

Acts 17:11-12

Acts 28:28
