Deuteronomy 6:10-12

10“And when the Lord your God brings you into the land that he swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give you—with great and good cities athat you did not build, 11and houses full of all good things that you did not fill, and cisterns that you did not dig, and vineyards and olive trees that you did not plant—and when you eat and are full, 12 bthen take care lest you forget the Lord, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery.

Deuteronomy 8:10-14

10And you shall eat and be full, and you shall bless the Lord your God for the good land he has given you.

11“Take care lest you forget the Lord your God by not keeping his commandments and his rules and his statutes, which I command you today, 12 clest, when you have eaten and are full and have built good houses and live in them, 13and when your herds and flocks multiply and your silver and gold is multiplied and all that you have is multiplied, 14 dthen your heart be lifted up, and you eforget the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery,

Deuteronomy 31:16

16And the Lord said to Moses, fBehold, you are about to lie down with your fathers. Then this people will rise and gwhore after the foreign gods among them in the land that they are entering, and they will hforsake me and ibreak my covenant that I have made with them.

Deuteronomy 31:20

20For when I have brought them into the land jflowing with milk and honey, which I swore to give to their fathers, and they have eaten and are full and kgrown fat, lthey will turn to other gods and serve them, and mdespise me and nbreak my covenant.

Nehemiah 9:25

25And they captured ofortified cities and pa rich land, and took possession of qhouses full of all good things, cisterns already hewn, vineyards, olive orchards and fruit trees in abundance. So they ate and were filled rand became fat and delighted themselves in syour great goodness.

Isaiah 1:4

aeand trooped to the houses of whores.

Jeremiah 5:28

28 afthey have grown fat and sleek.
They know no bounds in deeds of evil;
agthey judge not with justice
the cause of the fatherless, to make it prosper,
and they do not defend the rights of the needy.
