Deuteronomy 6:14-15
14You shall not ago after other gods, bthe gods of the peoples who are around you— 15for cthe Lord your God in your midst dis a jealous God— elest the anger of the Lord your God be kindled against you, and he destroy you from off the face of the earth.Deuteronomy 8:19
19And if you forget the Lord your God and go after other gods and serve them and worship them, fI solemnly warn you today that you shall surely perish.Deuteronomy 11:28
