Deuteronomy 6:6-7
6And athese words that I command you today shall be on your heart. 7 bYou shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.Deuteronomy 11:18-20
18 c“You shall therefore lay up these words of mine in your heart and in your soul, and dyou shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. 19You shall teach them to your children, talking of them when you are sitting in your house, and when you are walking by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. 20 eYou shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates,Deuteronomy 17:18-19
18“And when he sits on the throne of his kingdom, fhe shall write for himself in a book a copy of this law, gapproved by ▼▼Hebrew from before
the Levitical priests. 19And iit shall be with him, and he shall read in it all the days of his life, jthat he may learn to fear the Lord his God by keeping all the words of this law and these statutes, and doing them, Joshua 1:8
8This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but kyou shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.Psalms 1:2-3
2but his ldelight is in the law ▼▼Or instruction
of the Lord,and on his nlaw he meditates day and night.
3 He is like oa tree
planted by pstreams of water
that yields its fruit in its season,
and its qleaf does not wither.
