Deuteronomy 7:22-24

22 aThe Lord your God will clear away these nations before you little by little. You may not make an end of them at once,
Or quickly
lest the wild beasts grow too numerous for you.
23 cBut the Lord your God will give them over to you and throw them into great confusion, until they are destroyed. 24And dhe will give their kings into your hand, and you shall emake their name perish from under heaven. fNo one shall be able to stand against you until you have destroyed them.

Deuteronomy 31:3-5

3The Lord your God ghimself will go over before you. He will destroy these nations before you, so that you shall dispossess them, and Joshua will go over at your head, has the Lord has spoken. 4And the Lord will do to them ias he did to Sihon jand Og, the kings of the Amorites, and to their land, when he destroyed them. 5And the Lord will give them over to you, and you shall do to them kaccording to the whole commandment that I have commanded you.

Joshua 1:15

15 luntil the Lord gives rest to your brothers as he has to you, and they also take possession of the land that the Lord your God is giving them. mThen you shall return to the land of your possession and shall possess it, the land that Moses the servant of the Lord gave you beyond the Jordan toward the sunrise.”

Joshua 11:23

23So Joshua took the whole land, naccording to all that the Lord had spoken to Moses. oAnd Joshua gave it for an inheritance to Israel paccording to their tribal allotments. And the land had rest from war.

Joshua 22:4

4 qAnd now the Lord your God has given rest to your brothers, as he promised them. Therefore turn and go to your tents in the land where your possession lies, rwhich Moses the servant of the Lord gave you on the other side of the Jordan.

Joshua 22:9

9So the people of Reuben and the people of Gad and the half-tribe of Manasseh returned home, parting from the people of Israel at Shiloh, which is in the land of Canaan, to go sto the land of Gilead, their own land of which they had possessed themselves by command of the Lord through Moses.
