Deuteronomy 7:25-26

25The carved images of their gods ayou shall burn with fire. You bshall not covet the silver or the gold that is on them or take it for yourselves, lest you be censnared by it, for it is an abomination to the Lord your God. 26And you shall not bring an abominable thing into your house and become devoted to destruction
That is, set apart ( devoted) as an offering to the Lord (for destruction); twice in this verse
like it. You shall utterly detest and abhor it, efor it is devoted to destruction.

Jeremiah 16:18

18But first fI will doubly repay their iniquity and their sin, because they have polluted my land with the carcasses of their detestable idols, and ghave filled my inheritance with their abominations.”

Jeremiah 44:4

4 hYet I persistently sent to you all my servants the prophets, saying, ‘Oh, do not do this abomination that I hate!’

Ezekiel 7:20

20 iHis beautiful ornament they used for pride, and jthey made their abominable images and their detestable things of it. Therefore kI make it an unclean thing to them.
