Deuteronomy 8:15

15who aled you through the great and terrifying wilderness, bwith its fiery serpents and scorpions cand thirsty ground where there was no water, dwho brought you water out of the flinty rock,

1 Kings 12:11

Ezekiel 2:6

6And you, son of man, fbe not afraid of them, nor be afraid of their words, gthough briers and thorns are with you and you sit on hscorpions.
Or  on scorpion plants
Be not afraid of their words, nor be dismayed at their looks, for they are a rebellious house.

Luke 10:19

19Behold, I have given you authority jto tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of kthe enemy, and lnothing shall hurt you.

Revelation of John 9:5

5They were allowed to torment them mfor five months, but not to kill them, and their torment was like the torment of a scorpion when it stings someone.

Revelation of John 9:10-11

10They have tails and stings like scorpions, and their power to hurt people nfor five months is in their tails. 11They have oas king over them the angel of the bottomless pit. His name in Hebrew is pAbaddon, and in Greek he is called Apollyon.
 Abaddon means destruction;  Apollyon means destroyer
