Deuteronomy 8:17

17Beware alest you say in your heart, ‘My power and the might of my hand have gotten me this wealth.’

1 Samuel 17:4-10

4And there came out from the camp of the Philistines a champion named bGoliath of cGath, whose height was six

A  cubit was about 18 inches or 45 centimeters
and a span.
5He had a helmet of bronze on his head, and he was armed with a coat of mail, and the weight of the coat was five thousand shekels
A  shekel was about 2/5 ounce or 11 grams
of bronze.
6And he had bronze armor on his legs, and a gjavelin of bronze slung between his shoulders. 7The shaft of his spear was like a weaver’s beam, and his spear’s head weighed six hundred shekels of iron. hAnd his shield-bearer went before him. 8He stood and shouted to the ranks of Israel, “Why have you come out to draw up for battle? Am I not a Philistine, and iare you not servants of Saul? Choose a man for yourselves, and let him come down to me. 9If he is able to fight with me and kill me, then we will be your servants. But if I prevail against him and kill him, then you shall be our servants jand serve us.” 10And the Philistine said, k“I defy the ranks of Israel this day. Give me a man, that we may fight together.”

1 Samuel 17:42

42And when the Philistine looked and saw David, he disdained him, for he was but a youth, lruddy and handsome in appearance.

1 Kings 20:10-11

Psalms 33:16-17
