21Then aI took the sinful thing, the calf that you had made, and burned it with fire and crushed it, grinding it very small, until it was as fine as dust. And I threw the dust of it into the brook that ran down from the mountain.

1 Kings 12:28-30

28So the king took counsel and bmade two calves of gold. And he said to the people, “You have gone up to Jerusalem long enough. cBehold your gods, O Israel, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt.” 29And he set one in Bethel, and the other he put in Dan. 30Then dthis thing became a sin, for the people went as far as Dan to be before one.
Septuagint  went to the one at Bethel and to the other as far as Dan

1 Kings 13:34

34 fAnd this thing became sin to the house of Jeroboam, gso as to cut it off and to destroy it from the face of the earth.

1 Kings 14:16

16And he will give Israel up because of the sins of Jeroboam, which he sinned and made Israel to sin.”

Amos 8:14

Micah 1:5

5All this is for kthe transgression of Jacob
and for the sins of the house of Israel.

Is it not mSamaria?
And what is nthe high place of Judah?
Is it not Jerusalem?
