Ecclesiastes 11:9-10

9 aRejoice, O young man, in your youth, and let your heart cheer you in the days of your youth. bWalk in the ways of your heart and cthe sight of your eyes. But know that for all these things dGod will bring you into judgment.

10Remove vexation from your heart, and eput away pain
Or evil
from your body, for youth and the dawn of life are vanity.

Isaiah 22:13

13and behold, joy and gladness,
killing oxen and slaughtering sheep,
eating flesh and drinking wine.
g“Let us eat and drink,
for tomorrow we die.”

Isaiah 56:12

12 hCome,” they say, “let me get wine;
let us fill ourselves with strong drink;
iand tomorrow will be like this day,
great beyond measure.”

Amos 6:3-7

3 jO you who put far away the day of disaster
kand bring near the seat of violence?

and eat lambs from the flock
oand calves from the midst of the stall,
