2 a time to be born, and a time to adie;
a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted;

Jeremiah 1:10

10See, I have set you this day bover nations and over kingdoms,

to destroy and to overthrow,
to build and to plant.”

Jeremiah 31:4

4 hAgain I will build you, and you shall be built,

and shall go forth in jthe dance of the merrymakers.

Jeremiah 31:28

28And it shall come to pass that kas I have watched over them lto pluck up and break down, to overthrow, destroy, and bring harm, mso I will watch over them nto build and to plant, declares the Lord.

38 oBehold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when the city shall be rebuilt for the Lord pfrom the Tower of Hananel to qthe Corner Gate.

Jeremiah 32:41

41 rI will rejoice in doing them good, sand I will plant them in this land in faithfulness, with all my heart and all my soul.

Amos 9:11-15

The Restoration of Israel

11 “In that day tI will raise up
the booth of David that is fallen
and repair its breaches,
and raise up its ruins
and rebuild it as in the days of old,
12 uthat they may possess the remnant of Edom
and vall the nations who are called by my name,”

declares the Lord who does this.
13 Behold, the days are coming,” declares the Lord,
x“when the plowman shall overtake the reaper
and the treader of grapes him who sows the seed;
ythe mountains shall drip sweet wine,
and all the hills shall flow with it.
14 zI will restore the fortunes of my people Israel,
and aathey shall rebuild the ruined cities and inhabit them;
abthey shall plant vineyards and drink their wine,
and they shall make gardens and eat their fruit.
15 acI will plant them on their land,
adand they shall never again be uprooted
out of the land aethat I have given them,”

says the Lord your God.
