Ephesians 2:11-22

One in Christ

11Therefore remember that at one time you Gentiles in the flesh, called “the uncircumcisionby what is called athe circumcision, which is made in the flesh by hands 12remember bthat you were at that time separated from Christ, calienated from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers to dthe covenants of promise, ehaving no hope and without God in the world. 13But now in Christ Jesus you who once were ffar off have been brought near gby the blood of Christ. 14For hhe himself is our peace, iwho has made us both one and has broken down jin his flesh the dividing wall of hostility 15by abolishing the law of commandments expressed in kordinances, that he might create in himself one lnew man in place of the two, so making peace, 16and might mreconcile us both to God in one body through the cross, thereby killing the hostility. 17And he came and npreached peace to you who were ofar off and peace to those who were pnear. 18For qthrough him we both have raccess in sone Spirit to the Father. 19So then you are no longer tstrangers and aliens,
Or sojourners
but you are vfellow citizens with the saints and wmembers of the household of God,
20 xbuilt on the foundation of the yapostles and prophets, zChrist Jesus himself being aathe cornerstone, 21 abin whom the whole structure, being joined together, grows into aca holy temple in the Lord. 22In him adyou also are being built together aeinto a dwelling place for God by
Or in
the Spirit.
