Unity in the Body of Christ

1I therefore, aa prisoner for the Lord, urge you to bwalk in a manner worthy of cthe calling to which you have been called,

Colossians 1:10

A Life Pleasing to God

1Finally, then, brothers,
Or  brothers and sisters; also verses 10, 13
we ask and urge you in the Lord Jesus, that as you yreceived from us zhow you ought to walk and aato please God, just as you are doing, that you abdo so more and more.

Titus 2:10

10not pilfering, acbut showing all good faith, adso that in everything they may adorn the doctrine of God our Savior.

2 Peter 1:4-9

4by which he has granted to us his precious and very great promises, so that through them you may become aepartakers of the divine nature, afhaving escaped from the corruption that is in the world because of sinful desire. 5For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith agwith virtue,
Or excellence; twice in this verse
and virtue aiwith knowledge,
6and knowledge with self-control, and self-control ajwith steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness, 7and godliness akwith brotherly affection, and brotherly affection alwith love. 8For if these qualities
Greek  these things; also verses 9, 10, 12
are yours and are increasing, they keep you from being ineffective or anunfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
9For whoever lacks these qualities is so nearsighted that he aois blind, having forgotten that he was apcleansed from his former sins.
