Haman Plots Against the Jews

1 After these things King Ahasuerus ^apromoted Haman ^bthe Agagite, the son of Hammedatha, ^cand advanced him and set his throne above all the officials who were with him.

Esther 10:2-3

2 And all the acts of his power and might, and the full account of the high honor of Mordecai, ^dto which the king advanced him, are they not written in ^ethe Book of the Chronicles of the kings of Media and Persia? 3 For Mordecai the Jew was ^fsecond in rank to King Ahasuerus, and he was great among the Jews and popular with the multitude of his brothers, for he ^gsought the welfare of his people and spoke peace to all his people.

Daniel 2:48

48 Then the king gave Daniel high honors and many great ^hgifts, and made him ruler over the whole ⁱprovince of Babylon and ^jchief prefect over all the wise men of Babylon.
